If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our returns and exchanges process is simple, smooth, and customer-focused.


Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@vironique.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • Need a different size or style? Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery.

  • Contact info@vironique.com with your order details and preferred exchange.

  • We will guide you through the process quickly and professionally.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.


Important Notes

  • Handle jewelry with care during the return process — each piece is packaged with attention to detail.

  • Personalized items (if/when introduced) may not be eligible for return, unless defective.
