At Víronique, we want you to love your jewelry.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges.
Returns
- You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- To initiate a return, email info@vironique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 1 business day.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Want a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item.
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Contact info@vironique.com with your order details and preferred exchange.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
1-year warranty
All VÍRONIQUE jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us with a photo and your order number and we will repair or replace the piece.
